Why we bake our own bread
Bread is the first thing you bite into, so that's where the work starts. We use our own recipe.
White, wholemeal or multigrain, fresh or toasted, your call at the counter or at checkout. Whichever you pick, it has to hold a chicken schnitzel and a serve of Monty's slaw without falling apart. That's the job.
