About these terms

These terms apply when you use montyssandwichshop.com.au and when you order from Monty's Sandwich Shop online. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Monty's Sandwich Shop is at 52 Spring Street, Bondi Junction NSW 2022. You can call or WhatsApp us on 0474 507 747, or email info.montys@gmail.com.

Ordering online

Our online shop is at order.montyssandwichshop.com.au and runs on Square. Every online order is paid at checkout. Pay online, pick up in store.

Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through at checkout.

You choose your pickup time at checkout, within our opening hours. Orders from our Café menu are ready from 15 minutes after you order. At busy times, the next pickup time available may be later.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. We're closed on Sundays.

To pick up, come to the counter at 52 Spring Street and give the name on your order.

Catering platters

Catering platters start at 10. You can order platters for 10, 15 and 20 people, and Kids platters in every size, online. For 25 people or more, get a quote and we'll reply by email with the details and price.

Platters need 15 hours, so order by 4pm the day before. Platters can't be made same day.

Catering platters are picked up from 52 Spring Street, at the same counter as every other order.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. The price you pay is the one shown in our online shop at checkout. If a price on this website ever differs from the online shop, the online shop price applies.

Allergies and dietary needs

If you have an allergy or a dietary need, tell us before you order and ask us about ingredients. For a quote, add it under Anything else in our quote form.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Using this website

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but menus, prices and opening hours can change. Our online shop shows current items and prices.

The words, photos and logo on this site belong to Monty's Sandwich Shop or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us first.

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to get into parts of it that aren't public, sending spam through our forms or interfering with how it works.

Our site links to services run by others, such as Square, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for their content.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that comes from using this website or from it being unavailable. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, including the details you give us when you order or ask for a quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to an order are the ones on this page when you place it.
