Is there any setup on the day?
No setup needed. Sandwiches come cut in halves and platter-ready, so there's no slicing to do when you're back from pickup at 52 Spring Street, Bondi Junction.

No, platters can't be made same day. Platters need 15 hours, so order by 4pm the day before. For lunch today, order sandwiches online from the shop, ready from 15 minutes after you order.
