Pay online at checkout, then choose your pickup time. The earliest is 15 minutes after you order, and you can pick a later one if that suits you better.
Come to the counter
Walk in at 52 Spring Street, give the name on your order at the counter, and we'll have it ready and bagged.

How long does an online order take?
Ready from 15 minutes after you order, which is the earliest pickup time you can choose at checkout. At busy times the first free pickup time may be a little later. The time you pick is the time to come, and we'll have it ready and bagged.
Can I choose a pickup time?
Yes, you choose your pickup time at checkout, from 15 minutes after you order to any later time during opening hours. If we're closed, you can still order online for pickup when we open, and we'll have it ready for then.
How do I pay?
Online, at checkout, so everything is paid before you arrive. Pay online, pick up in store, and all we need at the counter is the name on your order.
Do you deliver?
Not from our online shop, which is pickup only from 52 Spring Street. For lunch brought to your door, we're on Uber Eats and DoorDash. Catering platters ordered online are picked up from the same counter.
Can I order catering platters online too?
Yes, for up to 20 people, in the same online shop. Platters need 15 hours, so order by 4pm the day before, and pick up from the same counter at 52 Spring Street. For 25 or more, get a quote and we'll reply by email.
