Our suggestion is one sweet per person, plus a platter sized to how long people will stay. It’s a starting point, not a rule.
Platters follow one rule of their own. Each holds one sandwich or salad per person, so a platter for 10 has 10, cut in halves when they’re sandwiches.

How do you get morning tea to the office before 9am?
We open at 6:30am Monday to Friday, so order ahead and pick up on your way in. We’re at 52 Spring Street, Bondi Junction NSW 2022.
For platters, order by 4pm the day before. Platters need 15 hours, so they can’t be made same day. Choose your pickup time at checkout. Pay online, pick up in store.

At busy times the first free pickup time can be a little later, so get a big coffee order in early.
If the platter has to wait before morning tea starts, keep it in the office fridge. Food Standards Australia New Zealand says chilled food should be kept at 5°C or colder. Its 2-hour/4-hour rule counts the total time food spends between 5°C and 60°C.
Under 2 hours, food can go back in the fridge. Between 2 and 4 hours, use it but don’t put it back. After 4 hours, throw it out.
